Great for a cozy getaway
The staff were very nice, really attentive and friendly. I even got a personal recommendation for dinner that turned out amazing.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you know, good quality is worth the price.

Bathroom was filthy. Carpet in room was filthy. Hotel is tired. Attempted to overcharge on room rate at checkout due to apparent inattention to confirmed reservation.

The hotel offers a fine view of the
Harbor. The room was quite warm and lacked air conditioning, which detracted from the comfort level. The experience was pleasant but could benefit from improved climate control.

Location
The hotel was dated and very much in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was limited as to what was on offer. The Hotel is obviously popular for "Hen" parties, however the hotel does not appear to encourage consideration for fellow guests, thus resulting in revellers coming to their rooms shouting and swearing from 1.30am - 5.30am Sunday morning. The Hotel promotes itself as a Spa Hotel, this is not the case as therapists are not on site and when enquiring about a treatment I was told they had to ring and check if the therapist could come in! I would recommend this hotel because of location and price. However, when booking ask for a harbour view.

The hotel is in a good location and we had parking. The room was spacious and quiet and very clean. We didn't eat there at all, so I don't know how good the food is, but the staff were friendly. The decor is a little dated but it was comfortable.

The staff was efficient in addressing my business needs, including quick assistance with my presentation setup. The Double Room Harbour View had a good view that enhanced my focus and morale during my work trip. The breakfast included a variety of delicious options, including freshly baked croissants and organic juices.
The WiFi was occasionally slow.
